Who are Kitchen Installation Services, and what do they do?

Kitchen Installation Services offer design, supply and fit of kitchens to new build the residential clients. We project manage our own installations carried out by our own guys and we offer a comprehensive warranty on completion of up to 5 years.

Do you supply and fit, or fit only?

We offer a full supply and fit service only, we do not install kitchens purchased from other companies.

How does the process work?

Initially, we will visit you to measure up and get all of your ideas together. You will then be invited to our design studio in Wilmslow, where together we will design your kitchen in 3D while you relax with complimentary drinks from the coffee machine.... or fridge.

Once you are happy with the 3D designs, we will take you into your new kitchen in a virtual reality experience. You will be able to see and test all parts of the kitchen, have a walk around and make any final tweaks.

All new customers will enjoy a complimentary meal and drinks at the restaurant next door, Suburban Green.

How much does a survey cost?

Do I need a survey?

Ideally yes, but we could provide an estimate if you can email us approximate measures & layout of the room, also (if possible) provide photos of each wall, the floor & ceiling. Tell us what you are trying to achieve and what colour schemes & budget you are working to. One of our surveyors will review the info and send an estimate to you via email, forward all queries to info@bathroominstallationservices.co.uk

What if I don't know what I want?

No problem, we can fully design your kitchen based on the options available when we visit the property, let us guide you, most of our customers ask us to lead, it's all part of the service!

How long will it take to receive my quote?

Usually within 72 hours.

How long will it take to start the job?

Seasonal demand may have an impact but we aim to start work within 4 weeks of receiving confirmation of your order.

How long will the job take?

The average installations take between 2-3 weeks. Both specification and complexity can have an impact on project timescales but we aim to deliver on our promise.

Do I need to do anything?

No, we can do everything, our installation quotes include all removal and disposal of waste & project management. We will advise how to prepare for the works and what to expect throughout the project on our visit to the property.

We do offer different levels of service for those who want to just take advantage of certain parts of our service:

Silver service - Design only

Gold service - Design & supply

Platinum service - Design, supply & dry fit

Diamond service - Design, supply & project managed installation

Do I need to supply any materials?

No, we will supply all the building products and these are included in our quotation.

How do the payments work?

Materials are paid for in advance (furniture, appliances) then a 50% deposit is placed on the installation & wokrtop quote when we arrange start date, this is your commitment to us that the installation will go ahead and we can move to ordering the required products. The balance is paid on completion of the agreed installation works detailed on your final quotation. We are always open and honest about the costs and what we agree is what you pay, nothing more.

What if I have a problem after the job is finished?

Our workmanship is under warranty for 3 years and products supplied by us are covered. If any issues arise then just get in touch, a surveyor will attend to assess the issue and then arrange for any remedial work to be carried out. We keep this part just as easy and simple as the rest of the work.

What is covered under the 3-year warranty?

We cover any deterioration in the performance of the installation that is a result of a poor workmanship. We want the kitchen to stay hassle free for you for many years and we do not want the added costs of coming back. Purchasing what appears to be “good value” or “cheap” products does not always work out. If cheaply manufactured products fail, then the cost of replacing them once a kitchen is complete can be substantial. This would not fall under our warranty. We will only guarantee our own products as we have gone to great lengths to select the right product for our range. We do not cover issues caused by excessive wear and tear, miss-use of products, poor maintenance or care of the bathroom, or DIY work deemed to be carried out by others. If you need any modifications carrying out during the warranty period please inform us first to ensure this work will not affect your warranty.

Can I get my kitchen on finance?
